College is a place of opportunity, independence, and growth. Yet for many university students with sensory disabilities and those on the autism spectrum, campus life can present daily challenges — from overstimulating lecture halls and residence spaces to limited access to sensory supports and adaptive learning tools.
We are launching this campaign to continue creating more inclusive, sensory-friendly university environments where every student can thrive academically, socially, and personally.
Your support will help us:
- Establish additional dedicated sensory-friendly study and decompression spaces.
- Continue updating Deaf or Hard of Hearing assistive listening devices.
- Expand access to accessible textbooks and course materials in Braille, large print, and digital formats.
- Offer training for faculty and staff on inclusive teaching practices.
